Wednesday, March 11

Time is always of the essence and within that time is where you make or break a work out. Fitness is an active process and requires a great deal of commitment and mental fortitude, Crossfit has those very same requisites, but to a far more intense degree. People laugh at the idea of a 30 minute workout, a 20 minute workout and especially the idea of 5 minute workout that can deliver any real benefit or result. It’s true though, you can physically exert yourself to the point of complete muscle fatigue and exhaustion in just a matter of moments. That is if you push yourself to that point. That’s where in the realm of fitness you’ll find Crossfit. Intense, demanding, varied and above all else what you make of it. Go hard, go fast and don’t stop and you’ll do just fine.

Complete as many rounds as you can in thirty minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
5 Ring Dips
15 Sit-ups

Jacob 36 Rounds +5 Pull-ups Rx'd
