Sunday, March 22

Of course when you do a rest day WOD it’s bound to come up immediately thereafter, and today was no exception with Lynn. Since there was no way I was going through that again both Shane and myself did a variation involving hang power cleans and back extension, which actually turned out to be a great combination of movements. Evan and Nate powered through Lynn as Little Bear, Carrie, Hudson and the rest of the Crossfit Szafranski gang watched on. Here’s what it looked like.
