Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

Jacob 21 Rounds +2 Muscle-ups (PR)

Nate 11 Rounds +2 Muscle-ups Rx'd

Way to go Nate on the Rx'd WOD, huge accomplishment!

Nice work up there in Elgin. You guys are killing it!

Does anybody (JACOB!!!!) have any interest in taking a stab at that 7,000 overhead @ 155? I've been interested in seeing and hearing about it since that fateful day in Denver.
