Monday, October 19: Deadlifts and Weighted Pull-ups


Today was epic, a new chapter turned and benchmarks set. HQ called for heavy dead's, as heavy as you can get them that is, but just like the Amish, at E-Town's Crossfit hub we do a little extra to shore up our weakness. Enjoy the PR's, I know I did.
