This was a bad idea in a good way. Leave it to a moment of laziness, not wanting to to move the squat cage to free up the other pull-up bar, only to have a WOD of pain using the 9' ring bars for our burpee pull-ups. That one hell of a jump especially when you're tired.

I was happy on this one and was able to keep a 6 minunte mile pace on the runs and a sub 3 minute Grace time. Good days worth of work.

Man you sure make up some crazy WODs Jacob. "Running Grace".. .what a cool idea! The people who do the regional games should feel thankful you don't design the WODs.
Hey, wanted to ask you about the Creative Labs HD pocket cam you brought out here. What is the video file output? I mean... can you easily burn the output to a DVD? Can you play them back on a PC or do you need special software for that? Can you post the video to Facebook or blogger easily, or do you have to manipulate it (i.e., is it a pain in the butt or easy to share, post, record onto DVD). Any insight would help buddy, I might be getting one of these!

All the software come right in the pocket cam and it has direct links on you editing menu for youtube abd photobucket. The editing is a sinch, but with advanced editing there is a bit of a delay in loading video, or should I say storing videos, but the best thing about it is that it has a HDMI out put and come with a cable so you can watch videos right on your TV without having to edit them or put them to disc. For a person without a cam corder I am really pleased with it and like it alot. My only gripe is that you have to pay 15 buck to upgrade the editing software throught creative, but it's worth it if you want to make more advanced movies and stuff.
The running Grace was not my idea, but rather crossfit-tricities idea.
