Wednesday, August 19: Back Squats and A Lonely Met Con.

Alone in a garage on a beautiful day doesn't leave much in the way of motivation, but rather a lackadaisical sense of distraction spread across news papers, cell phone texts, garbage piles and staring into the sky. Not the best of days to WOD, but a beautiful in the world none the less. You'll find no PR's here today.

I WOD solo 90% of the time, and LOVE IT when I have a buddy or a wifey to WOD with. I know what you mean. Move out here and WOD with me. Colorado kicks ass. I know a fireman too, and he's a big ol strong bad ass dude. he's actually HUGE, like 6' 6" and like 260, with what looks to be about 5% body fat.

Sick, I here you tough. I usually get better results with my friends yelling at me while in the midst of a WOD.

They also help pace me out so I can PR, otherwise I usually over shoot things early and sputter out in the end.

We'll light it up once I'm out there Craig, believe you me. Let the WOD fury begin.
