Awake 22 hours straight, and all that after yesterdays WOD's, a night shift in the ER and my ACLS class...ugh.

Jacob - What is your training plan in the next two weeks leading up to the Sectionals? When do you begin to taper off? Do you "take it a little easier" now as to avoid injury as well, or is it balls to the wall until a few days out?

I'm thinking balls to the wall until a week before sectionals then I'll look at things and see what I feel is best. All I'm shooting for is 2 days rest before sectionals.

But we'll see.
