Well Evan and I gave it our all and came up a bit short, next year I guess. Sometimes you stand up and face the challenge of life and sometimes life tells you “Step Down”. The true test is whether or not you stand up again to give it another shot.

Sooooo good to meet you guys and scream at you at the Games. Think of it this way, there are only a handful of CrossFitters in 11 states that did better than you guys did in those particular WOD.
Jacob, you said something to me when we were standing out on the race course: "The reason we are here is to have fun!" Great attitude. And it WAS fun, and a good learning experience on several levels I am sure.
Look at the rest of us, we didn't have the balls to compete at all. You dudes are studs and if you come out next year, we'll be here waiting for you.

I rowed a 19:09 5K two days ago, almost made me hurl. Please, someone... beat my time! I can't believe I missed my goal by 9 seconds. I just couldn't quite hack it. Going to try again on Thursday.
Well put, thanks Craig. Feeling so wiped out today, been up for 26 hours straight and my leg still is throbbing. Gonna take another day to myself and relax a bit, but then it's go time.
Next year with a vengence!
