So here is the final WOD and my 6th place finish. I must say it's the best rowing I've done in my life. I think I pulled 100 calories in 4:08 seconds and then just rolled around until it was time to go to the box jumps, but overall I'm happy to be going to Denver.

ROCK ON JACOB!!
Awesome work bro!
Plan on another dinner at my house and a strong cheering section!.
Sean Weldon
Thanks man!
Jacob, same here, as I texted to you yesterday. You and your crew can crash at my pad, we have two spare queen beds. I'll throw a party too. Make a week of it!
It doesn't matter if you got 30th or 3rd, the placements reset, this is the playoffs, you just need to advance and you did. Stoked!
Looks like that damper is at a more normal setting too eh? :-)
They say that rowing around 5 is the "best" setting, as in... most efficient and more like rowing?
Great Job Jacob! You rocked that C&J wod brother. Good luck in your training. I will see you in Denver.
Paul it's going to be great to see your familiar face in Denver!
Cheers to yet another awesome warrior shark in the water, you earned it man!
Way to kick butt early Paul, I guess 2 WOD's was all you needed to show everyone what you're made of. Heal quick and I hope your shoulder is okay.
Later me know.
Jacob - Very nice to have met you this past weekend in St. Charles and of course, CONGRATS once again on an outstanding performance for you collectively. Your hard work and dedication clearly shined the last 2 days.
Would love to keep in touch with you and have you out to our box (CrossFit Fire) in McHenry for a WOD or several as you prepare for Regionals and Colorado.
Let's stay in touch and hopefully we can synch up and make it work.
Congrats again m'man. Hard earned and well deserved.
-Tom
Will do, I'll make my way out to your gym within the next week or so, maybe even Wednesday. Looking forward to seeing everyone at Crossfit Fire, impressive things seem to be going on out there
Thanks Tom
