350m Hill Sprints (175m up and down)
*Rest in between sprints as long as it took to complete the previous sprint.
Jacob 1:13, 1:12, 1:12, 1:15, 1:11 (All completed with a 20lb Vest)
WOD #2
AMRAP in 30 minutes of:
5 Push Press, 135lbs
10 Floor Press, 135lbs
15 Push-ups
Jacob 10 Rounds
*Floor Press is a bench press while lying on the floor
