Lightning doesn't always strike twice and I wasn't able to casually bust out 11 rounds on the clean and jerk ladder again. I'll give it a go in a month of so when I've got a full nights sleep and a pair of shorts. Enjoy the Video.

Next week I will do a 10k run and see how I feel afterward. I felt pretty good after this run so, I think the 10k should be OK.
