Monday, June 7: PR OHS 225lbs!

After not eating, not sleeping and pretty much just moving through life unaware these last few days, if not years. I finally was able to pull it together and do something I thought I couldn't do. A PR is always a milestone, you never thought you'd get there, but you did, and now you feel a sense of accomplishment and wonder. Now it's time to ask yourself what's next?... I don't know, but I know what I want it to be.

Weighing in today at a whopping 166lbs I thought I'd try a few bench marks. OHS and dead hang pull-ups. I gave both all I got and did better then I've ever done before.

Ceiling grab sit-ups?! I'm intrigued.

Pretty much regular sit-ups but you hold your arms striaght over your head the whole time. Almost as if you're reaching for something. When you're chest hits your knees it looks like you're grabbing at the ceiling.

Ah, that makes complete sense. I'm glad you're feeling better, man.
