I hate working out real early in the morning. Most of the time I'm half asleep and all the time I'm alone, and this isn't very conducive to crushing a personal best effort, well today was a different story. After getting blown out of the water the last time this WOD came up on HQ I was determined to one up the one uppers out there and PR in a big way. Mission accomplished!
