Thursday, August 5: Front Squat Thruster Bench Press Ring Dip Glute Ham Back Extension
So this is what it looked like today... and man am I getting out of shape. I feel miserable doing this stuff.
Warm Up:
Stretching
Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3(90% 3RM)
Jacob 130-150-170-190-210
WOD 1
3 Attempts for max reps of:
Thruster, 155lbs
Rest 3 minutes between sets.
Jacob 10-10-9
WOD 2
AMRAP in 10 Minutes of:
10 Bench Press, 55lb Dumbbells
10 Ring Dips
Jacob 5 Rounds +7 Bench Press
WOD 3
75-50-25 reps for time of:
Glute Ham Sit-up
Back Extension
