Wednesday, September 15: Tire and Tired, Jacob FGB.


This is the after, but what was the before? Shane hit up my 3 rounder from 2 days ago, and believe me it hit back.

Hard work from someone who's as tough as they come..."The Mountain".

While Shane did his thing I warmed up and lifted before I tackled Fight Gone Bad. I think I over did it leading into the WOD, because I felt horrible leading up to the WOD and quickly crumped while in the midst of it. Still a goos preformance though.

I felt so horrible in the end that I fell over on the wall balls on the last round and just laid there, but I still moved on.
