Monday, August 9: Burpee, Tire and Overhead

Well let's try this thing out.

Warm Up:
Stretch 5-10 Minutes

Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1(80%1RM)

Tire Flip 3-3-3-3-3

Burpee 5-5-5

WOD
For time:
50 Burpees
30 Tire Flips
10 Ground to Overhead, 185lbs

This should be fun.
