Sunday, June 20: OHS and 10-1 Ladder WOD


Well I knew early on today that my shoulders were still gassed from yesterday and that I was going to have a hard time, but still happy just to be able to WOD.

Warm Up:
Back Squat to Wrack Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1(110% 1RM OHS)

Jacob 135-155-185-205-225-245(Failed x3)

WOD#1 Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Jacob 155-174-195-205-215-225(Failed x3)

WOD #2 For Time: 10-1 Alternating Ladder of Straight Bar Curl, 95lbs CTB Pull-up Jacob 4:14


WOD #3
3 Rounds: 90 Second Plank Hold
(1 Round is left oblique, mid and right oblique)
15 seconds rest between position changes
