Wednesday, April 21: Cleans and the Filthy...


Warm Up:

WOD #1 (Evan)
2 Power Clean and Jerks every minute for 10 minutes:

Evan 7 Rounds (200lbs, then Cleans for the rest.)

WOD #1 Jacob
1 Power Clean every minute for 15 minutes:


Jacob 225lbs (Kept the same weight the whole time. Never did that before!)

Weighed in today at a whopping 167.2lbs, felt strong moving 225lbs around.

50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Well today was a different story, I felt good, Shane felt bad and Evan felt bad too, but all and all... we all did good work.
