Here's the deal, Crossfit Tri-Cities, the nearest local affiliate had a crossfit games mini challenge. Three events, same scoring as the games, lowest total wins. Shane, Nate and myself all gave it a go and here are the results.

Event #1: Floor to Overhead, max load. 15 minute time limit best single effort.

Event #2: 10 Rounds of Cindy for time: (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats)
